St. patricks day
St. Patrick's Day is celebrated by the Irish. On St. Patrick's day you should were the color green so that you have good luck. Everyone in Ireland dose this. If you find a four leaf clover on St. Patrick's you will have very good luck. St. Patrick's day is a national holiday in Ireland. Everyone there celebrates this holiday. It is celebrated on March 17th every year. They have a feast. It's usually on a friday unless it's a good friday but I'm not sure why.

Castles of Ireland
Castles, stone towers, walls and other things can be found all over Ireland. They built these castles to watch for there enemies. People today go and visit all of these castles. The castles weren't just meant for the royal people to live in them lot's of other people lived in them as well. If you where in the look out you could see people coming up and if they where an enemies then you would be ready to attack.

Bloody Sunday
On January 30, 1972 13 people died from the bloody sunday and 14 where injered. The British Army was the ones that killed those people. British troops had been sent into Northern Ireland in 1969. And a couple of years later they attaked. Soldiers were not guilty of shooting dead the 13 civilians. Even thought they killed them. The marth was called which was called to protest internment.
